History: The patient was suffering from a Chronic Total Occlusion in the proximal segment of the Left Anterior Descending artery. The total occlusion was pre-dilated with 1.5 mm balloon, after which OCT imaging was performed. Proximal occlusion was used to clear blood from the imaging field.
